Once the frame is on, you can adjust the size with the pull cords. The fact that the frame doesn't take over the whole sleeping bag, much like a carry bag would, means you can easily attach it to gear, vehicles or packs. This cram sack is made for lightweight/ sleeping bags, meaning you can't fit something like our inside.
